1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (https://travelcard.io) or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travel Card Ltd.

2. Description of Service

Corporate payment card issuance and management
Real-time expense tracking and reporting
Integration with accounting systems
Travel expense analytics and insights
Multi-currency transaction processing

Note: Service is in development. Features may be limited during beta testing.

3. Eligibility & Business Use

You are at least 18 years old
You are acting on behalf of a company
You have authority to bind a legal entity
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

Provide accurate, current, and complete info. You are responsible for:

Maintaining account confidentiality
All activities under your account
Restricting access to your device
Notifying us of unauthorized use

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Do not:

Use for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Violate laws or regulations
Reverse engineer or copy platform content
Use bots or scrapers without consent
Spread malware or engage in fraud

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights belong to Travel Card Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Platform. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is protected in compliance with Israeli privacy laws. Use of the Platform implies consent to data processing per our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

The Platform is provided "as-is." Features may be added, removed, or changed during development. No guarantee of uninterrupted access.

9. Consumer Protection (Israeli Law)

Travel Card complies with Israeli consumer protection laws, including transparency in pricing, service terms, and handling of complaints.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Travel Card Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Travel Card Ltd. harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may terminate by discontinuing use and deleting your account.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: State of Israel
Jurisdiction: Tel Aviv-Jaffa courts
Class Action Waiver: You waive rights to class proceedings

15. General Provisions

Terms may be updated with 30 days' notice
Invalid terms do not affect the rest
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement
Hebrew version prevails in legal conflicts
We may assign these Terms without notice
